The candidates have interviewed with key stakeholders, and now it’s time to select a winner to make an offer. How do you decide which candidate to choose? Ironically, if your organization has done a good job of recruiting, shortlisting, and interviewing candidates, this decision won’t be easy. Every finalist, if not those included in the first round of interviews, should be an excellent fit—from experience, to skills, to culture.
